Major metropolitan warehouse complex Europe Terminal started cooperation with new telecommunications partner, Mastertel company.
Until recently another operator had serviced Europe Terminal complex, located in close vicinity to Sheremetyevo international airport. However, the customer's intention to raise the level of communication reliability, while reducing the cost of telecom services, resulted in search for more beneficial cooperation options. According to the client, the proposal submitted by Mastertel's company specialists turned out to be optimal in terms of price and quality.
Mastertel currently provides its new partner with a high-speed Internet channel and telephony, using its proper secure Master-Connect network.
Not only the direct customer, but also all clients of Europe terminal can enjoy the full range of telecommunications services. Thus, Mastertel already provides communication services to such major tenants of Europe Terminal complex as Jungheinrich company and MDM-Komplekt company, providing them with its fiber-optic lines.
It should be noted, that in the year 2016 Mastertel had renovated routes and fiber-optic lines at the site of the complex and leading to it. The work resulted in the improved quality of link performance and increased Internet channel speed.
"Working with new customer is always a serious challenge, as well as quality audit for our activities at all levels. The interaction with our colleagues from Europe Terminal was constructive and effective: we have carried out planned works in time, taking into account all the wishes of the client. The newly-introduced services are aimed at providing Europe Terminal with reliable and quality interaction with customers anywhere in Russia,” noted Alexandra Souravtsova, head of sales and development.
"We have chosen Mastertel company as a telecommunications partner and we already appreciate the results of our cooperation. It's great when you speak the same language with your service provider and they can perform any nontrivial IT-task,” said Dmitry Smolsky, the representative of Europe Terminal warehouse complex.
